In the past, with this programme we have identified and funded exceptional institutions that offered a nurturing and healthy refuge for disadvantaged children (and ideally their mothers), with a view to helping their education and supporting their life-skills.

We have supported three communities - Beit Jibrin Community Centre in Bethlehem, Palestine; Mongolian Children's Aid Foundation, Ulaanbaatar in Mongolia; the Future Hope project in Kolkata, India; and the Tibetan Women's Association 'Stitches of Tibet' programme in Dharamsala, India.

Our focus for the future of this programme is to solely partner our scholars as they return to their home communities and establish their own grassroots projects.
